Spend time in prayer and reflection, enjoy meaningful conversations and shared experiences, indulge in a luxury spa treatment, take part in wellness activities and enjoy freshly prepared meals throughout your stay. Your retreat programme will include a customised Prayer & Meditation Workshop, devotional and journaling opportunities and dedicated periods for personal prayer, scripture reading and reflection.

There will also be time to simply be still – away from the usual demands and distractions of everyday life.

Taking time to care for yourself is an important part of this experience.

Each guest will enjoy one luxury spa treatment, a fitness session with an instructor and dedicated periods for rest and relaxation.

Your retreat includes one organised group excursion to a selected place of interest.

Transport and appropriate security arrangements for the organised excursion are included as part of your retreat experience.

The destination will be selected by 4C’s Garden and confirmed within your final retreat itinerary.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

Your retreat includes scheduled airport pick-up and drop-off as part of the organised retreat transfer arrangements.

Guests will be provided with the relevant transfer information before arrival.

Where travel arrangements fall outside the scheduled retreat transfers, additional transport can be arranged separately and may incur an additional charge.

This is an all-inclusive retreat package and includes the accommodation, meals, drinks, retreat programme, one spa treatment, fitness session, welcome items, scheduled airport transfers, organised group excursion and the facilities and services specifically listed within this package.
