Whether you are planning a leadership retreat, prayer gathering, ministry weekend or time of spiritual refreshing, 4C’s Garden provides accommodation, dedicated meeting space and freshly prepared meals, allowing your group to focus on the purpose of your retreat while we take care of your stay.

With access to our Guest House, dedicated retreat spaces, Prayer Corner and recreational facilities, groups can create their own programme with a balance of structured sessions, personal reflection, fellowship and relaxation.

YOUR RETREAT PROGRAMME

Your church or ministry is responsible for planning and delivering its own retreat programme. We ask groups to provide their proposed programme or timetable in advance, including the planned times for worship, teaching, prayer, group sessions and breakout sessions. This allows the 4C’s Garden team to understand how you intend to use the different spaces and ensure the appropriate facilities are prepared for your retreat.

PROGRAMME & BREAKOUT SPACES

Your retreat can make use of a variety of spaces throughout 4C’s Garden.

Conference Suite – your main programme space for worship, prayer, teaching, presentations and larger group sessions.

Executive VIP Lounge – ideal for breakout sessions, smaller group discussions, leadership meetings and informal fellowship.

Lower Terrace & Courtyard – additional spaces for breakout groups, conversation, fellowship and relaxation.

Prayer Corner – a small quieter space for personal prayer and reflection.

Use of these spaces will be arranged according to your agreed retreat programme and confirmed as part of your booking.

EXCLUSIVE GUEST HOUSE USE

Groups requiring additional privacy can request exclusive use of the 4C’s Garden Guest House.

Exclusive use is subject to availability and will be included within your personalised quotation where requested.

Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking. Your retreat is only confirmed once the required payment has been received and written booking confirmation has been issued by 4C’s Garden.
