Away from the usual routines and distractions, 4C’s Garden provides a welcoming and dedicated setting where your church can focus on its programme and purpose.

Whether you are planning a church conference, prayer gathering, leadership conference, ministry event or special church programme, our facilities provide the space and support needed to bring your vision together. With catering and essential conference facilities included, your team can concentrate on delivering an engaging and uplifting programme for your congregation.

GROUP SIZE

Our standard Church Conference Package is designed for 30–50 guests.

The Royal Banqueting Hall can accommodate a maximum of 50 guests seated, providing a comfortable indoor setting for worship, teaching, prayer, presentations and other conference sessions.

LARGER CHURCH CONFERENCES – UP TO 100 GUESTS

Planning something bigger?

4C’s Garden can accommodate church conferences and ministry gatherings of up to 150 guests using our spacious Alfresco outdoor area.

For larger conferences, a marquee and other required event facilities can be arranged according to your number of guests, programme and preferred setup.

Larger conference arrangements are subject to availability and additional charges and will be provided as part of a bespoke quotation.

Please provide your anticipated number of guests when making your enquiry so that our team can recommend the most appropriate setup.

YOUR CONFERENCE PROGRAMME

Your church or ministry is responsible for planning and delivering its own conference programme.

We ask groups to provide their proposed programme or timetable in advance, including:

• Expected arrival and departure times

• Worship, prayer and teaching sessions

• Planned breaks

• Meal times

• Any presentations or programme requirements

• Any additional setup requirements

This allows the 4C’s Garden team to prepare the venue, catering and facilities appropriately for your conference.

PACKAGE PRICE

30–50 Guests

From ₦35,000 per person

For example:

30 guests – from ₦1,050,000

40 guests – from ₦1,400,000

50 guests – from ₦1,750,000

Your final quotation will depend on your number of guests, programme requirements, catering requirements, duration and any additional services requested.

CONFERENCES OF 51–150 GUESTS

Bespoke quotation required.

Larger conferences using the Alfresco area are individually quoted because additional requirements such as marquee hire, seating, setup and other event facilities will depend on the size and requirements of your event.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS

Additional services can be arranged subject to availability and additional charges, including:

• Light refreshments and snacks

• Additional meals

• Additional bottled drinks

• Bespoke catering requirements

• Extended venue hours

• Marquee and additional event setup for larger conferences• Additional equipment or programme requirements

Tell us your preferred date, expected number of guests, programme times, catering requirements and any additional requests.

If you are planning a larger conference for 51–150 guests, please also provide as much information as possible about your preferred setup and requirements for the Alfresco area.

Where available, please provide your proposed conference programme or timetable.

Once we receive your enquiry, our team will review your requirements and send you a personalised quotation by email.

Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking. Your Church Conference is only confirmed once the required payment has been received and written booking confirmation has been issued by 4C’s Garden.
